During a PT session we will focus on working with you to help you achieve your health and wellness goals, paying attention to all areas of your health, not just exercise. We believe in a holistic approach of mind, nutrition and movement and believe all three are paramount for you to reach your optimal health and wellness.
We focus on functional training to assist you in your everyday lifestyle.
Your technique when training, can be the difference between results and injuries. We will constantly be critiquing your technique and giving you posture prompts, assisting you in training smarter, not harder.
Each session will be tailored to your individual needs based on our discussion in your initial consultation
Our sessions run for 45 minutes, allocating 15 minutes to a warm up and cool down and a whole 30 minutes of hands on training with one of our highly qualified Personal Trainers.
We extend our sessions as the warm up and cool down / stretch, is just as important as the nuts and bolts of training.
